| With the coming Olympics,chinese goverment gradually recover the access to some oversea websites,such as the wikipedia..but xanga is not included.
I love my country,and hope i could be chinese in the next cycle of life.In the last few years,great changes have taken place in china,the living standard of chinese ppl has been improved greatly.We have much more money, to spend on those leisure activities.During my four years in shanghai, i can see the city's great development,not only in the GDP,but also ppl's outlook and personal cultures.
however, one thing that we cannot make any changes about is the media transparency.Different from the past time when there is no internet or other advanced communication tools,the more the government don't want us to know, the more we become curious and in accordance we will find way to know it.Sadly, sometimes in our own way,we don't get the truth,but countless rumours by people with vicious means.
Rumours will stop spreading when the truth uncovers.

Recently i am seriously thinking about whether i should go abroad for further study.But at present I'm not sure whether i am good at doing research.But if i choose to go abroad,US will be the first choice cuz the programmes and professors of psychology are the best there.

| 3 months have passed since last time i logged in here.
yeah,xanga is still blocked in china and it seems the situation will remain so for a while.
I hv no idea why some websites are blocked, they really underestimate our judgement and sensibility,plus overestimate our english level....
The proxy i used didn't work,so i stopped visting xanga for 3months....
But i won't desert my first blog and some friends here.by reading ur life and thoughts,we get to know each other, and sometimes what you write can better reflect what kind person u r than face-to-face contact on the condition that you write genuinely.
oh,i almost forget the good news: i hv been admitted to the graduate school of beijing normal university,majoring in industrial and organizational psychology.Thank you for the encouragement all along the way! It is a tough journey but pleasant memory.
And for the whole month of April,i have been slacking and wondering about what the next step i should take.Totally bewildered again,in fact,never trully awaken.

| Happy the year of the rats! I am not watching the spring gala,instead i watched a 2004movie" the terminal"directed by StevenSpielberg and acted by Tom Hanks and Catherine Zeta-Jones . It is another story about making miracles(Tomhanks'movies are all about making miracles i think),though in real life we may not believe such thing will happen or such person will exist.But do believe it sometimes, cuz believing it will make u feel ....a little bit hopeful towards life. And hope is the best thing in life,isn't it? I am not sure who are still reading my xanga(i know nan is:)thank u very much happy new year to you!) almost all my friends in china have abandoned xanga, and I almost did it too...the proxy didn't work from time to time and I couldn't upload pics, which makes my blog only with words,that is kinda boring..... when i am typing those words, outside my room there are continuing firecrackers.Again,happy chinese new year!when we tag something "new", for instance,new hairstyle,new clothes,new cellphone.....ect,it means it is totally blank,like a blank paper, waiting for us to draw the best picture. | The day i left shanghai is Dec 21th.Since 22th,the temperature there began to drop to below 0.Then there comes the snow and sleet.It rarely snows in shanghai, i remember in 2004 it snowed,though only a little bit,barely can be made into a snowman,it still greatly excited my classmates from the south.
This time, the snow can no longer make ppl laugh any more.
The snowstorm badly hit the southern part of china,paralyzed the electric network and railway of the mostly damaged provinces such as Hunan,Guizhou,Anhui,Hubei.Thousands of passagers have been trapped in the railway station for days,and some trains are proceeding towards the destination at the speed of turtle.
It is Only four days before the traditional chinese new year, just like Chrismas in the westerners' mind, the lunar new year is the most important festival,on this day,family will get reunited no matter how far the family member is away from home. Thus it is understandable that railyway transportation is becoming terribly tense at this time of year.However, this horrible snow greatly paralyzed the railway,leaving those wanting-home-passagers in the station tired and fretful.
A friend of mine whose hometown is Chongqing, spent 4 days on his journey back home which used to be only 34 hours...he said,since arrived the province of Hunan, the train stopped every 10 minutes and staying at the spot for about 1hours(to charge for the locomotive).what is most horrible is the only 20minutes distance to kaili,Guizhou province became 10 hours lonh,and they stayed at Kaili on the train for about 6 hours.My friend , who has no food or drink for 12 hours,said he had the altiplano symptom and the carriage he was in became agitated and restless with mid-age woman crying desperately ,little baby sick and old man off his head,illusioned that the steward intended to steal his money.......it is really understandable in such inhuman circumstance.
It is the biggest snow in the recent 50 years in the history of the southern part.ppl can no longer get excited about the beautiful scene made by the snow which ,however,has already caused some parts more than 1 week's blackout and the grievous loss of the electric workers' precious lives of in Hunan province......
Our goverment is making great efforts to enable the disruption to the minimum, our government leaders,chairman Hujintao,premiere Wun jiabao have set out to the most attacked area and the coal supplying parts,encouraging the irritating trapped passagers and hardworking workers.
Now, it is just reported that the 4th round of snowstorm is ruthlessly approaching the south part. In face of the powful nature, what we can do is not only to pray, but also confidently,unswerving accept the challenge and work up every possible means to solve the problem.
While inspecting the train station of Hunan, premiere Wunjiabao promised" Every one can arrive at home in time for the lunar new year!"Let's hope it will come true. | | |
| Home is not a good place to study in.I simply can't risist those temptation.Mother begins to consider sending me to the city's library.
While browing my primary school/high school pics,i found i used to be such a slim girl.If i could lose 5kg,it would be perfect.besides,i am still growing ,haha, i am 1 cm higher than last year.
i will start losing weight from tomorrow.My mom's order:only yoghurt for the whole day......I hv never tried this before..hv no idea whether it will work. | | |
